Shipping Policies
We have 3-5 business days of handling time before our products are shipped. Our team tries their best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If your purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship your product on Monday.

Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.
The delivery time will be between 10 and 25 business days.
If there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this time until release does not count as delivery time.
We take care to choose suppliers that in addition to price and quality, also speed up the shipping time.
After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay.
If the Post Office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers.
If there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will immediately refund your FULL purchase after these verification steps.
The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.
If your order was made using the Boleto BancĂĄrio option, the time between payment and bank clearance can take up to 5 business days.

Our Return Policy
If you still need to return a product, we understand that here are the details:
You can return the sets within 7 days from the date of purchase.
You are responsible for return shipping fees.
A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order
Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new, unused condition.

Custom logoed products cannot be returned.

You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
