We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund was approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method, within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

According to the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the request to cancel online purchases must be made within 7 business days after the date of receipt.

For credit card refunds, our finance department has a maximum period of 7 business days to process the refund with the credit card company, and the deadline for the balance to be returned to your credit card is up to 120 days, according to the card companies and depends on the closing of your statement.

If a refund is necessary, it will be made to your checking account within a maximum period of 10 business days after the quality analysis and can only be made to an account with the same document that was used on our website.

In the case of products returned without prior notice, after the deadline, with missing or different items, without the label or invoice, they will be returned to the customer.

The same applies to exchanges rejected after the products have been analyzed by our quality department. They will be returned to the customer by Sedex, collect, and the shipping costs for this return must be paid by the customer.

Attention: SeuGadget is not responsible for shipping costs for returns followed by refunds, chargebacks or exchanges for other products; these costs are the customer's responsibility.
